MOQ & pricing
What is the MOQ for period underwear?
Catalog OEM typically starts at 300 units per SKU. Custom packing is often 300+ per design. Exact breaks are quoted per cut, color, and size curve — see MOQ tiers.
Do you publish unit prices on the website?
No. Quotes move with SKU count, size curve, fabric, and packing. We return tiers, not a scraped “factory price.”
What payment terms do you use?
Typical structure is 30% deposit on PO, 70% before shipment via T/T. Sample invoices are often 100% upfront and credited to the first bulk PO when written on the quote.
Can I sample before bulk MOQ?
Yes. Paid catalog samples typically ship in 7–14 days. Sample cost is quoted separately from bulk.

What is the OEM process?
Brief → sample → bulk → pack. Full sequence: OEM process and the OEM hub.
How long is bulk production?
Typically 30–45 days after PO and deposit, depending on fabric and packing.
How fast is a quote?
Typical response within 24 hours on working days when the brief includes SKU, market, and volume.
Documentation
What documents can you send?
A documentation pack on request — quality-system evidence and textile test indexes that exist for the SKUs you order. We do not invent certificate numbers.
Should I print FDA or CE medical-device claims on period underwear?
Not from this catalog. This line is cut-and-sew leakproof apparel. Use only claims your own file supports.
Shipping & packing
What Incoterms do you quote?
FOB is the usual planning assumption unless the RFQ names EXW or CIF.
Can you pack mixed sizes in one carton?
Yes, when the packing brief says so. Carton marks and barcodes are part of the OEM pack-out.
Product specs
What product lines do you run?
Everyday briefs and overnight & sport. Specs: size & absorbency.
What size run is standard?
Catalog grading is typically XS–4XL. A shorter curve is quoted if you need it.
