Wholesale period underwear pricing is a ladder, not a single “factory price” scraped from a marketplace listing. The quote moves with SKU count, size curve, fabric or construction, packing, and whether the run is catalog or custom.

Three commercial tiers

Exact breaks are quoted per SKU. A thong, a high-waist brief, and an overnight short do not share one unit cost.
What moves the quote
- SKU × color × size — more SKUs mean more cutting markers and packing SKUs
- Construction — absorbency bands, garment sizes, and gusset construction
- Brand pack — hangtag, inner box, IFU vs bulk polybag
- Labels — fiber, care, origin, barcode language
- Destination — carton strength and document set for US vs EU
- Reorder vs first run — first run carries sampling and setup
How to ask for a useful number
Send:
- Line: Everyday briefs and/or Overnight & sport
- Size curve (e.g. S–XL vs XS–4XL)
- Neutral vs branded packing
- First PO and 12-month forecast
- Incoterm you actually use (FOB is the usual planning assumption unless you say otherwise)

Pilot vs vanity MOQ
A factory that advertises “MOQ 50” and then adds color surcharges, size surcharges, and a “small order fee” is not cheaper. Ask for the all-in first PO at your real size curve.
